On a phone call to the company, the employee was able to communicate in good English. After 10-15 minutes he came and took us by car to the airport and took us to sign the contract. The car was issued not the one that was ordered, but a class higher, without any surcharges. Everything was done quickly and we left. There were no problems with the car, in excellent condition. Everything was checked on site for problems. They handed over the car also to the office itself, from where we were taken again after we handed over the car to the airport we needed. The representative of the company took us only in cash for paying taxes for travel in tunnels and on bridges, in Istanbul they are paid. It’s good that we still had cash, without this he said that he would not take him to the airport otherwise. Although we had a deposit, but I didn’t talk about it, it was easier for us to give it in cash, and then return the entire deposit for the car to the card. The deposit is returned within 30 days as they say in the call center, although the contract states that within 45 days. If suddenly the money did not come within 30 days, then the complaints are no longer considered by the company, therefore there is a slight dissonance in this. I wrote to the company about this and on the 29th day I received a check in the mail stating that the return had been made, and the next day money was already received in full on the card, there were no problems with the return, everything came, but the dates were 30 and 45 days a little worried.
